• 0.0102 mil, 138 LPI LentiClear® Thin-Gauge (2005) version using A-PET resin, with 60-degree field of viewing angle. Great image performance for 3D, flips, zoom, motion and morph animations at arms length reading distances. Mechanical lenticule engraved pitch width: 0.0073". Extruded post-lenticule pitch of 137.690" lines per inch (LPI). Available in rolls and sheets

• 0.0178 mil, 75 LPI LentiClear® (2005) version using Rigid PVC resin, with 62-degree field of viewing angle. Excellent image performance for 3D, flips, zoom, motion and morph animations at far reading distances. Mechanical lenticule engraved pitch width: 0.0133". Extruded post-lenticule pitch of 75.550" lines per inch (LPI). Available in rolls and sheets.

• 0.017 mil, 75 LPI LentiClear® (2005) version using custom ultra-clear PETG resin, with 62-degree field of viewing angle. Excellent image performance for 3D, flips, zoom, motion and morph animations at far reading distances. Mechanical lenticule engraved pitch width: 0.0133". Extruded post-lenticule pitch of 75.480" lines per inch (LPI). Available in rolls and sheets.

Depending upon the desired lenticular print customer format and the printers equipment capabilities, you can add-on many other special options to the basic lenticular image, including: die-cutting, perfing for coupons and tear-offs, remoistenable glue for bounce backs, reply envelopes, T-shirt iron-on color printed transfers, pop-out puzzles, structural paper rising pop-ups, unusual fold sequences and format constructions, latex scratch rub-offs, ink jet imaging variable data or consecutive numbering for contests, plus add special coatings, inks, papers and other plastic substrates to the printed lenticular image.
